DocReader reads PalmDocs. (http://www.geocities.com/mpicker0/DocRe ... Reader.htm)
If its an iSilo doc you can use iSilo for PC (iSilo.com)
If its somoething else, there's always the Palm Simulator

general file extension help

when in doubt try
Code: Select all
http://filext.com/

but in this owl case it doesn't help any further... google also helps most of the time:
Code: Select all
http://www.altova.com/manual2007/SemanticWorks/index.html?swuserreffile.htm

there we can learn that owl file can be made with SemanticWorks - don't know if that helps...

Mobi Book reader will always read prc files.
It's a default extension for mobibook, at least on my pc.

Code: Select all
http://www.mobipocket.com/en/HomePage/default.asp

MOBIPOCKET Reader is Free. They also have archived older
versions of the Mobi ebook reader, for win98 and others.

Code: Select all
http://www.mobipocket.com/en/DownloadSoft/ProductDetailsReader.asp
