Is there any software but Readerworks to make .lit files????

Postby jackprince » Tue Oct 17, 2006 2:42 pm

I was just wondering if there could be any other software apart from readerworks to make .lit files. I tried to DL readerworks Standerd, which is free, but there was some problem for which i couldnt DL that file.

If anybody knows it, plz reply....also if anybody can share Readerworks Standerd or Publisher, i would love that......

thanx..... :)

If you use MS Word, there's an add-in that can convert Word files to LIT files:

Code: Select all
http://www.microsoft.com/reader/developers/downloads/rmr.asp

I find it VERY useful. I also use Reader Studio. It's freeware but I can't remember where I downloaded it. Google (= It creates smaller files than Reader Works and it's simpler to use. But sometimes, with some HTML files, you get code instead of punctuation or the book would lack quotation marks so it's less reader-friendly. But I like it nevertheless.
