What exactly qualifies as 'affiliated'?

I don't own the forum, am just a member but they led me to this forum and list this one on the website, so i thought may be that's all it takes, somewhat like link exchange to get affiliated..

thnx for the link tniranja....an affiliated forum exchanges each others link and either displays it on their portal page or in a special section. ur welcome to post the link in the Web Links forum.
